Directional Couplers
Anatech Electronics manufactures single-ended, dual-directional, and hybrid directional couplers with operating frequencies from 1 MHz to 18 GHz. They are available in both low-power or high-power models, have low insertion loss, directivity up to 30 dB, and can be designed with coupling values from 6 dB to 50 dB. The directional couplers are rugged, with high temperature stability, and can sustain extreme environmental conditions. They range in size from 0.5 to 8 inches in length depending on their performance.
Package styles include connectorized, surface mount, and printed circuit board mount. The couplers are designed for low or high power, low loss, octave, dual octave, and broadband performance. They can be specified with RF power handling ability of up to 500 W average and 3 kW peak. Anatech Electronics hybrid couplers are employed to split an input signal with a 90-deg. phase shift between the output ports or to combine two signals while maintaining high isolation between the ports.
